Chia-Hung Chang was born in Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1982. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Yuan Ze University, Taiwan, in 2004, and the M.S. and Ph.D degrees in communication engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2006 and 2011, respectively. He joined the System-on-Chip Technology Center, Industrial Technology Research Institute, Hsinchu in 2006, as an RF/analog integrated circuit design enginnering. He was responsible for RF front-end transceiver for wireless communication system. From 2011 to 2013, he worked on CMOS image sensor read-out circuit as an assistant research fellow in the National Applied Research Laboratory. In 2013, he was a senior engineer in the Engineering Department of Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation as a project leader handling power line communication system for lighting. From 2015 to 2017, he joined Chinese Culture University, Taipei, Taiwan, where he was an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering. He joined Feng Chia University, Taichung, Taiwan as an Associate Professor in department of Electrical Engineering during 2017 to 2020. Since 2020, he joins National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (NYUST), where he is now an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering. His current research involves RF/microwave integrated circuits, radar system circuit design and biomedical circuit.
